Job Title: ERP Support Systems Business Analyst Location: Mountain View, CA (hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We seek a versatile ERP Support Systems Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise systems integrated with ERP and business applications. The role involves managing systems like SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6, and DocuSign, acting as a bridge between business functions (Legal, Telecom, Project Management, Real Estate, Finance, Procurement) and technical teams. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite in Mountain View, CA. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the functional lead and SME for ERP-adjacent systems: SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6, and DocuSign. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Telecom, Real Estate, and Project Management teams to understand needs and translate into system configurations. Manage and support integrations with SAP Finance, SAP CLM, Coupa, and Salesforce. Coordinate system upgrades, issue resolution, and workflow improvements with vendors and internal teams. Support legal case/matter management via SimpleLegal, ensuring proper tracking. Lead configuration and data validation in Asignet for telecom expense management, ensuring integration with SAP and CLM. Oversee Ecosys for project portfolio management, aligning with procurement data from Coupa. Facilitate Primavera P6 usage for project planning, especially for network construction. Administer DocuSign workflows and Salesforce Contracts integration. Drive documentation, training, testing, and user adoption. Maintain compliance with data integrity, security policies, and audits. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting ERP or related systems. Hands-on experience with at least three of: SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6, DocuSign. Understanding of ERP ecosystems and integrations with SAP Finance, Coupa, Salesforce. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing vendors, UAT, and deployment activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting legal, telecom, project management, or contract management platforms. Familiarity with network project scheduling and construction project lifecycles. Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance workflows.
