Senior Azure Red Hat OpenShift Developer

Job Description: Pay Range: $40hr - $45hr Responsibilities: Design and develop microservices-based applications using OpenShift on Azure. Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legacy systems with cloud-native solutions. Optimize application performance and resource utilization in OpenShift clusters. Implement security best practices including RBAC, secrets management, and image scanning. Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK stack. Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions. Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams. Required Skills And Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in software development in OpenShift and Azure. Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Hands-on experience with Azure services (AKS, ACR, Azure DevOps, etc.). Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with GitOps and DevSecOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Development. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate. Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
