Provide evidence-based medicine and empower patients in managing their health. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee a complete continuum of high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team. Manage chronic diseases and disorders effectively. Review patient records, including allergies, medications, and immunization status. Gather comprehensive medical histories from patients. Together, we’re focused on delivering direct, patient-centered healthcare. Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted licensure in New York at the time of employment. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine. Active and unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain it before starting. Compensation for this role generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000, including both base pay and bonuses, with factors such as experience influencing pay.
