Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee a complete continuum of high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage chronic diseases and disorders effectively.
- Review patient records, including allergies, medications, and immunization status.
- Gather comprehensive medical histories from patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Analyze findings to diagnose and formulate treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted licensure in New York at the time of employment.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain it before starting.
Compensation for this role generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000, including both base pay and bonuses, with factors such as experience influencing pay.
