Role Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager poised to make a significant impact. If you are an experienced operations manager looking to ascend into a divisional leadership role or a current director of operations feeling under-utilized, your skills may be a perfect match for us. This role demands a visionary leader competent in multi-faceted operational planning who can efficiently run our commercial operations division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior leadership to set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities.

  • Conduct financial reviews and adjust operational budgets to maximize profitability.

  • Constantly refine customer support processes to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Invest in growing our labor force, the company's most valuable asset.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with legal and industry standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent role.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency in business functions and principles, including supply chain, finance, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office and various business software (ERP, CRM).
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
