Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controls Engineer at Littell, LLC located in Elk Grove Village, IL. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for machinery and equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Additionally, you will participate in the commissioning and testing of control systems and provide technical support to customers. Occasional Worldwide travel


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience in control system design and programming
  • Proficiency in Rockwell software with an emphasis on Studio 5000 and factory Talk view
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, Ethernet IP/Profinet
  • Experience with Rockwell Drive Systems, VF and Servo
  • Experience with AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in commissioning industrial equipment
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations
