12 - hour day shift needs

Must be able to drive to & from Perkasie, PA

Responsibilities of a home health aide / caregiver:

Various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs
Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: transfers, hoyer lift, repositioning, linen changes, meal prep, hygiene, bed bathing, & light housekeeping
Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
