Associate Escrow Assistant | Leading Financial Services FirmWere looking for an Associate Escrow Assistant to join a top-tier financial services company in Irving, TX. If you have experience in escrow operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a team that values accuracy and client service.What Youll Do:Open escrow orders and input closing statement detailsPrepare closing documents and manage disbursement/follow-up of escrow transactionsCommunicate requirements and updates to clientsInterpret agreements related to closing and prepare necessary documentationReceive and process mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS)Organize and stack closing packages and related documentsShip documents to collateral warehouse, lenders, and borrowersPerform data entry and update tasks in the systemReview and reconcile closing packages for accuracyWhat You Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in an escrow-related fieldStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressureFamiliarity with escrow processes and operating systems?Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)?Pay: $17 $19/hr.
