Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Escrow Assistant in Irving, TX Pay rate: $19/hrShift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 830a-530p or 9a-6p (TBD)For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resumeOur ideal Escrow Assistant must be able to:Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closingsAssists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closingAssists Escrow Offices with business development and customer servicePrepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and works up simple closing statementsMay provide work direction to other escrow support staffEducation/Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDExperience requirements for this Escrow Assistant: 2+ years of Escrow experienceStrong customer service skillsDetail-oriented and well -organizedExcellent communication skillsExperience in handling complex residential transactionsAs a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
