Our client is seeking a project manager to coordinate, facilitate, and execute project objectives while ensuring alignment with the technology roadmap. You will be collaborating with key internal stakeholders and take on a lead project management role, helping to drive a timely and efficient workflow from project inception to completion.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to customize and integrate Salesforce solutions according to client needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Work with the program manager within the Advisor Technology Solutions team to establish consistent processes, policies, and tracking for all service, operational, and project platform tasks.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Project Manager is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
