Role: Junior Project Analyst (Entry Level)

 

Job Description/Responsibilities: Candidate will support program management activities and collaborate with teams across the program regarding established processes. The candidate will work closely with other team members to support the following activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Support all general project management activities including, but not limited to assisting in developing and maintaining program tools and processes (i.e., templates, strategies, charts, trackers, logs etc.)
  • Support and maintain project management documents, such as stakeholder registers
  • Manage and support the administration of a shared mailbox, including maintaining administrative accesses and coordinating emails and calendar invites
  • Document meeting minutes for customer engagement meetings, including risks, decisions, and action items
  • Support compiling inputs for meetings and weekly reports for clients
  • Maintain large databases to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and well organized for program team consumption
  • Support various project controls activities such as schedule, risk, issues, action items, lessons, communications, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support as necessary (create briefing decks, capture meeting minutes, create agendas, facilitate meetings, etc.) in a fast-paced work environment



Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • BS in management, project management, technology, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (federal management consulting and project management preferred)
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint

·       Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and analytical skills with multi-tasking abilities

  • Can concurrently handle multiple priorities with ease, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·       Able to rapidly understand and apply new concepts

  • Works well in a team environment and independently
  • Familiarity working with SharePoint
