Position Overview:

Due to team expansions following retirements our client wants to fill three positions with dedicated and highly skilled pediatric anesthesiologists. Successful candidates will deliver continual medical assessments monitor and control vital life functions and manage pain levels and unconsciousness during surgery to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive anesthetic care in surgical and nonsurgical settings including MRI CT scan and radiation oncology.
  • Participate actively in resident teaching.
  • Contribute to the institutions academic mission through daily teaching and participation in resident education without protected time for research.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
  • Eligibility for or possession of a New York state license.
  • New graduates should be partially or fully ABA certified. Practicing providers must be ABA and Pediatric Anesthesiology Certified.
  • Both new graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply.

Offered Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary base and comprehensive benefits guide $400$500K
  • Incentives include signon bonuses potential annual bonuses and allowances for relocation CME and student loans.

Schedule and Case Load:

  • Variable daily schedule and caseload depending on outpatient lists and surgical schedules.
  • Inclusive call schedule covering weekday and weekend nights.
  • Academic requirements include daily teaching without protected time for research.
