Head of Publisher Sales - GlobalAs the Head of Publisher Sales for SSP, App & CTV, you will be the spearhead of our highest-value, high-growth revenue stream. Your core mission is to rapidly acquire and scale partnerships with Tier 1 media groups and premium'manager domains' across a multitude of international markets, driving the adoption of our advanced SSP technology, Meetscale.This role demands strategic sophistication, impeccable execution, and the ability to win integrations in highly competitive environments. You are a player/manager - leading a high-performing team focused on unlocking massive revenue potential through strategic market penetration, with a crucial focus on spearheading new, high-growth digital inventory like App and CTV. You will bring experience of selling SSPs in core European markets, and an established portfolio of contacts.High-Value Acquisition & Revenue GrowthTarget Tier 1 and Premium Accounts: Directly accountable for the acquisition strategy and revenue targets for Tier 1 media houses, major holding companies, and premium independent domains where non-exclusive integration is the goal.Win Trust Through Expertise: Secure new integrations by leveraging deep technical expertise, proving Meetscale's superior performance and value proposition in competitive auctions, rather than relying on exclusive contractual agreements.Accelerate International Penetration: Define and execute rapid market penetration strategies across high-potential new territories, ensuring quick time-to-value and revenue capture in each region.Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Own the high-revenue sales forecast, implementing rigorous pipeline hygiene and deal qualification processes to ensure predictability and accuracy in a large-deal environment.Spearhead New Revenue Streams (App & CTV)Lead Multi-Channel Expansion: Spearhead the expansion of Meetscale into critical new revenue streams including Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile App.Develop and execute the sales strategy for our Meetscale and CTV technology across these channels, positioning Sparteo as the partner of choice for premium cross-device inventory monetisation.Product Champion: Ensure the team effectively positions our non-exclusive solutions (Meetscale) as complementary, performance-enhancing technology within the publisher's existing stack.Market-to-Product Feedback: Serve as the authoritative voice of the Tier 1 market, providing critical, nuanced feedback to the Product team to guide the roadmap for high-impact features and services.Team Leadership & Commercial ExcellenceHigh-Performance Coaching: Lead and develop a specialised team focused on strategic accounts, coaching them on complex deal structures, executive-level communication, and advanced commercial strategies.Operational Integration: Collaborate closely with Revenue & Sales Operations to standardise best-in-class processes and tools necessary for managing enterprise-level pipelines and relationships.Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with Technical Solutions, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline onboarding and ensure all large-scale integrations are commercially sound and technically successful.Your Profile for This JobYou are a commercially astute, results-obsessed sales leader with a track record of closing and scaling high-revenue non-exclusive partnerships. You thrive on complexity, manage high-stakes commercial relationships, and possess a deep operational understanding of the premium publisher landscape.Strategic Sales Leadership: 7+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, successfully managing teams focused on selling high-revenue non-exclusive ad technologies (SSP, Exchange, Ad Server) to Tier 1 media groups.Ecosystem Mastery & Technical Fluency: Deep, demonstrable expertise in the programmatic supply chain (header bidding, dynamic allocation) and the technical/commercial intricacies of CTV, App, Video, and Audio monetisation. You are comfortable discussing integration complexity and optimisation strategies with technical teams.Competitive Edge & Targeted Acquisition: Proven ability to effectively position and differentiate a product in highly competitive non-exclusive environments, winning market share based on performance and trust.
