If you have a passion for helping families and a proven sales track record, we want to hear from youWhy Consider This Opportunity?Proven Closer: You excel as a "one call closer" and have the results to prove itSales Experience: You bring 2+ years of direct sales experience and consistently meet or exceed quotasCommunication Skills: Your high emotional intelligence and strong communication abilities make you an engaging presenterSelf-Starter: You are tenacious, enthusiastic, and disciplined, thriving in an independent work environmentEarning Potential: You are motivated by the opportunity to earn $70,000 or more annuallyKey Responsibilities:Community Engagement: Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisionsAppointment Setting: Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentationsContract Management: Use our proprietary software, Navigator, to complete contracts accurately and efficientlySales Tracking: Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvementFollow-Up: Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-upsProspecting: Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leadsCustomer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing "whatever it takes"Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans' benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisionsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience2+ years of public speaking and presentation experienceRequired Qualifications:High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient in consultative selling techniques and building trustCapable of presenting effectively to groupsStrong relationship-building skills within the communityBasic mathematical skillsExperience handling challenging situations with confidence and compassionMust have reliable transportation, a valid state driver's license, and a satisfactory driving recordJob Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-based pay only)
