- Support contract administration for Capital Improvement Projects, including major highway upgrades, bridges, paving, and sidewalks. This involves drafting scope of work, selecting consultants, negotiating contracts, reviewing engineering designs and construction plans, preparing cost estimates, managing public involvement, and creating bid documents.

- Aid in right-of-way acquisition for roadways and other projects, providing engineering support through planning, design, land acquisition, and eminent domain processes. Manage cost-to-cure engineering contracts to assist with appraisals and help develop cost estimates for right-of-way acquisitions.
