Responsibilities:

  • Engage in learning and participating in contract management, claims management, and dispute resolution; understanding materials, methods, and tools used in construction or repair of various structures; applying business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of personnel and resources; delivering customer and personal services, applying engineering science and technologies, and utilizing design techniques for precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models; and comprehending written work-related documents.
  • Coordinate and support efforts in job pre-planning, job set-up, crew assignments, change order management, resource management, quality control, scheduling, managing subcontractors and equipment, purchasing materials, inventory management, and documentation generation.
  • Coordinate deliveries to the job site with clients, Project Managers, Superintendents, and the Project Team.
  • Assist Foreman/Superintendent and Project Managers in tracking as-built conditions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers.
  • Prepare turnover checklists for shift work, distribute them to the project team, and maintain records.
  • Draft formal letters and other written communications for customers/owners.
  • Enhance expertise and support various teams including Project Management, Business Development, Estimating, and other operational areas.
  • Adhere to and promote a strong Safety culture.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Requirements: Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator on specified job sites.
