Known for their technical excellence and collaborative culture, they lead some of the region’s most challenging and innovative projects in R&D, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, and data center environments.Role Overview:As a Project Executive, you’ll lead large-scale, highly technical construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through delivery. This is a strategic leadership role for the firm’s Advanced Technology group and involves building deep client relationships, mentoring project teams, and ensuring successful execution of technically complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead R&D/technical project teams (labs, cleanrooms, data center projects)Oversee client relationships and represent the GC through all phasesGuide preconstruction, scheduling, buyout, and execution strategiesCollaborate with senior leadership to drive division growthManage budgets, quality control, safety, and delivery milestonesWhat You'll Bring:10–20+ years of experience in commercial construction, including 5+ in senior PM or PX rolesProven background in R&D-related projects (cleanrooms, advanced labs, semiconductor, mission-critical, or high-tech TI)Strong understanding of MEP coordination, process systems, and regulated environmentsAbility to lead and mentor large project teamsExceptional communication and executive presence with clients and internal teamsBased in the Bay Area or with substantial Bay Area project experienceWhy This Role:Join a 100% employee-owned firm with a long-term leadership trackBuild some of the most advanced R&D and tech infrastructure in the regionCompetitive compensation, full ownership track, and strong cultural alignment
