General Purpose:

The Executive Director (ED) creates a positive environment and experience for all customers, including residents and their families, staff, and those who refer to us. The right ED will lead the team to develop a business that meets revenue goals and controls business expenses. They will enjoy an environment of engagement, curiosity, and accountability.  Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Helpful to have experience as an ED in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living or Home Care.
  • Registered Nurse helpful
  • Maintain Administrator license if required
  • Knowledge of state regulations is helpful
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn additional software programs
