Operating in over 30 countries, they distribute both branded and private label items through an extensive network of distributors. Responsibilities


  • Oversee complete customer care operations, including order processing.
  • Manage retail partnerships, both online and offline, interacting with buyers.
  • Collaborate on demand planning and inbound logistics from Italy.
  • Coordinate with Italian counterparts on shipments and document management.
  • Cultivate relationships with North American warehouses, overseeing inventory levels and outbound shipments to US retail clients, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Address and resolve internal and external inquiries promptly, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • Foster interdepartmental communication to streamline order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Execute purchase order processing in accordance with established protocols.


Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Great at building relationships and excellent team working skills
  • Foodie passion
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of written and spoken Italian would be advantageous.
