Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers regarding questions, issues and inquiries
  • Assist customers with new orders for parts and supply
  • Expedite and track delivery schedules
  • Process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Provide general oversight for account management
  • Support the distributor sales team
  • Provide support via phone and email


Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of account management
  • Experience in automotive and/or engine industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
