Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a fully remote, temporary Patent Prosecution Specialist for an Am Law 200 firm Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, including preparing and filing US and PCT patent applications, responses, and issue fees, and managing/monitoring dockets. Must be familiar with USPTO and PCT rules and procedures.

**Although this position is fully remote, candidates apply must be physically located in DC, Maryland or Virginia. Candidates outside of these jurisdictions will not be considered. **
