Responsibilities

  • This role involves managing and optimizing end-to-end SAP FICO processes to enhance business functionalities.
  • The candidate will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, configure SAP FICO according to business requirements, and develop functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Responsibilities also include conducting testing, providing ongoing support, leading training sessions, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and regulatory standards.
  • Additionally, the role requires analyzing financial data within SAP to support decision-making and driving projects to improve financial operations and system integrations.


Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an IT-related field.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in the FICO modules.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in financial operations, analyzing, and improving financial systems and processes.
  • Experience with full life cycle implementations, from design to go live, for FICO modules.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP implementation for manufacturing or steel company.
  • SAP FICO certification.
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
  • Experience working within the principles of Scrum or other agile development practice.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
