Description

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering great customer experiences? Gary Crossley Ford is looking for a dedicated Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to be the voice of our dealership's service department. You'll play an essential role in helping our customers feel valued and cared for from their first call to their completed service.

What You'll Do:
  • Be a Friendly First Contact: Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with a warm, helpful approach to set up service appointments.
  • Proactive Customer Outreach: Reach out to customers with service reminders, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations.
  • Answer Customer Questions: Help customers feel informed about their vehicle's maintenance needs and the services we offer.
  • Support Our Service Team: Work closely with service advisors to keep appointments running smoothly and ensure our customers receive prompt, efficient service.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Great communication skills-friendly, clear, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus
