Job Summary and QualificationsPerforms diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assure quality patient care. This position will function without constant supervision to produce quality diagnostic nuclear studies.
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine.
- Preferred Education: None
- Required License: Must be ARRT registered and/ or NMTCB registered. Complete required CEU’s for recertification. BLS
- Preferred License: ARRT registered along with NMTCB.
- Required Experience: Experience as a registered technologist working in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department. Approved experience gained through a clinical education program is acceptable.
- Preferred Experience: 1 year
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
Mission Hospital McDowell is a community hospital with 25+ beds, including five labor and delivery suites, serving McDowell County. Located in Marion, North Carolina, we offer many specialties, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, and walk-in, non-emergency care at Mission My Care Now McDowell. Five of Mission Hospital McDowell’s primary care practices have been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as Rural Health Clinics.
