Primary Care Physician

- Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories for patients
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and xrays
- Developing and implementing patient care plans based on medical diagnoses
- Prescribing medications and treatments for various illnesses and injuries
- Educating patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Monitoring and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
- Referring patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals as needed
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for all patients
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare delivery
- Staying updated with medical advancements and best practices in primary care
- Providing guidance and mentorship to medical residents and other healthcare staff
- Engaging in community outreach and education programs
- Participating in oncall and afterhours patient care services
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or related specialty
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration
- Successful completion of a residency program in primary care
- Proven clinical experience in a primary care setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong diagnostic and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Compliance with HIPAA and other patient privacy regulations
- Demonstrated empathy and cultural competence in patient interactions
- Willingness to adapt to new healthcare technologies and practices
- Capability to handle a highvolume patient caseload
- Adherence to evidencebased medicine guidelines and standards
