Role Description
We are offering a contract position for a Business Analyst at HR Professional Consulting. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, document business requirements, and deliver insights to aid in decision-making. This hybrid role includes the possibility of remote work.
The proposed services will encompass:
- Project administration and organization for business solutions
- Assessment of new technology solutions for business applicability
- Development of business case analyses for office-suitable solutions
- Fiscal responsibility evaluation of projects
- Creation of project frameworks, spreadsheets, reports, and assignments
- Administration and development of project and portfolio dashboards
- Collaboration with stakeholders for requirement identification and refinement
Mandatory expertise and/or experience:
- Engaging with stakeholders to determine business requirements, creating requirement documents, and use cases for technological solutions
- Assessing technological solutions to fulfill business requirements
Desirable expertise and/or experience (but not mandatory):
- Over 8 years in project management or business analysis
- Proficiency in project planning, organization, reporting, resource allocation, budget evaluation, and status updates
- - Experience in designing and constructing project and portfolio dashboards
