Our client is rapidly growing and has acquired six companies in just the past year They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to nurture their relationship with their top earning account. This account is a well-known fortune 500 company valued at over $140 billion in revenue.

Enterprise Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention for key enterprise clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize account value
  • Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to develop strategies for acquiring new enterprise clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation


Enterprise Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex accounts, with experience managing accounts valued at $10 million and above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
