Calculated Hire is in search of a Senior Business Execution Consultant for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:


Job Description:

  • Will be working with Wholesale operations teams to build out a shared mailbox management solution effecting 1000+ mailboxes which will give group ability to summarize cases, gather data, and eventually utilize AI to create long term solutions.
  • We are looking for someone with a strategic understanding of Intelligent Automation & comes from a background in the digital landscape within banking.
  • Thought leadership is important for rolling out this new case management tool and how to incorporate bots into the process.
  • This person will lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience (Case Management Tool)
  • Familiarity with Robotics and UI (understanding what bots are and why/how they are useful)
  • Experience in the following: Optical Character Recognition, RPA (Robotics Process Automation), and Open Banking (API)
  • Understanding of Customer Portals + building these portals
  • Generative AI
  • Strong Liaison with technology teams (note: this is NOT a developer position and coding is not needed)
