Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Program Manager to lead the implementation and management of our marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of various MarTech and AdTech tools and technologies, as well as proven program management experience.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of MarTech and AdTech solutions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics, to understand their requirements and ensure that the technology stack aligns with business objectives.

- Manage the integration and deployment of new MarTech solutions, ensuring seamless data flows and proper systems integration.

- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of existing MarTech tools, ensuring their continued effectiveness and efficiency.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the technology stack to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and process streamlining.

- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that marketing teams are proficient in the use of the MarTech tools and can fully leverage their capabilities.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of MarTech solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with MarTech vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and data privacy regulations.

- Manage the MarTech program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the MarTech and AdTech landscape.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing technology or program management role.

- Extensive knowledge of various MarTech and AdTech solutions, including but not limited to CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management platforms, web analytics tools, and advertising platforms.

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.

- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile) or MarTech-related certifications.

- Experience in data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations related to MarTech and AdTech.

- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
