One of our leading healthcare companies, located in Culver City, is looking for a AP/AR Administrator. You will report to the accounting manager and responsible for the accounts payable and receivable day-to-day operations. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $28 per hour.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate with staff accountants to record and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Process and enter AP transactions, ensure proper GL coding.
  • Responsible for pick-up and distribution of mails and filing vendor bills.
  • Enter bank transactions, ensure variances are researched and entered via journal entries.
  • Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:
  • Experience in QuickBooks
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with general ledger

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-3 years' of relevant experience
