Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience (hotel/luxury/lifestyle a plus). A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Wine certification preferred (WSET, CMS, etc.). WA State Food Handler and MAST Permits required or obtainable.Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Confident leader and communicator. Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
