    • Identify user segments, assess change readiness, and manage resistance creatively.
    • Lead communication and training program development for new features/process enhancements.
    • Define success metrics, monitor progress, and evaluate change effectiveness.
    • Educate leadership and change agents on successful change engagement methods.
    • Promote organizational change management importance across product teams.

  2. User Research, Workshop Facilitation, and Solution Design:
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs.
    • Facilitate team activities to create and maintain personas, empathy maps, and journey maps.
    • Synthesize user feedback into actionable insights and user stories.
    • Contribute to task flow designs, customer journey maps, and prototypes.
    • Lead design sessions with business and tech teams using human-centered methods.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Product Design, Service Design, UX, Innovation, or Change Management.
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking/Human-Centered Design for business solutions.
  • Experience in organizational change efforts and user-centered design principles.
  • Certification in Professional Facilitation, Change Management (CCMP), Prosci, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt methods, drive results in complex discussions, and advocate for users.
  • Proficiency in developing metrics, reporting business process performance, and ROI analysis.
This position requires a strategic blend of change management expertise, UX/UI design skills, and a deep understanding of human-centered approaches to drive successful organizational transformations.
