Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design efforts across our products and e-commerce store. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation for our trading platforms and e-commerce store.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
  • Hire and mentor junior designers to improve their skills and output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in trading platforms, financial services, or e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
  • Understanding of financial trading concepts and terminologies.
