My client serves the manufacturing industry with a deep-rooted, loyal (and growing) customer base.

***Leadership Experience, and Experience with Embedded C are both REQUIRED.


SALARY: This role is budgeted for 125k-155k salary plus a 15-20% bonus (this role also offers the potential for a small relocation package for an exceptional candidate)


LOCATION: This position is ON SITE in the Greater Syracuse/Auburn NY area.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in development of embedded firmware in C language.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in embedded software management.
  • Working knowledge of and capability to read electrical schematics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority and hold others accountable.


A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:

Our manufacturing client in the Greater Syracuse/Auburn NY area is searching for a strong "hands on" Software Engineering Manager to lead an embedded team. The ideal candidate is someone that has led teams of 3-10 direct reports and has STRONG experience creating, building and integrating KPI's and SOP’s for an embedded team.
