- Client Needs Analysis: Analyze and understand clients' business needs, systems, third-party vendors, and potential data sources.
- Requirements Definition: Assist in shaping statements of work and lead the elicitation of client requirements, ensuring delivery from a solution and data perspective.
- Technical Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including business rules, solution components, use cases, and data mapping requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with clients, acting as the liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with internal and client development resources to ensure technical requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Understand file structures and data conversion tools, investigating data anomalies and business rule discrepancies by conducting end-to-end validation of multiple data transformations and structures.
- Client Advocacy: Represent the client's business needs and requirements while collaborating with the client's technology staff.
Qualifications:
- Data Analytics Experience: Proven experience in data analytics.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
- Familiarity with Healthcare Systems: Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, etc.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
