Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Loan Officer at Enterprise Lending Group, Inc. in Naples, FL. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the loan process, including determining appropriate loan types, collecting financial information, and ensuring lending compliance. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, and closing processes.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound lending decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
