Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring efficient project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering teams on project design and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and presentations to prospective clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment engineering, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, employee-owned environment.
