Strategic Sourcing SpecialistThe selected Strategic Sourcing Specialist candidate will join the Mechanical Assembly team in the Government Center of Excellence, supporting the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for key Honeywell programs. Starting with proposals, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating long-term agreements with suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements. This person selected for this position will work in our Glendale, AZ, Tempe, AZ, Phoenix, AZ or Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, External New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations.Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions)Manage key program suppliers.Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to HoneywellCOMPENSATION: The Salary range for this position is $68K - $95K.
