An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key responsibilities/skills include:Prepares and submits customer invoices.Code, post invoices in the accounting system.Research and solve payment discrepancies.Documents financial transactions by entering account information.Maintains financial security by following internal control.Process weekly accounts payable payments in the accounting system.Check, verify, and enter invoices for payment.Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data.Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.Collect, confirm, and process timesheets.Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor.Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.Perform filing and general administrative tasks.Other duties as assignedPerks of joining JLM include a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time OffCompensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourJLM is a DBE-accredited agency specializing in finding world-class talent and managing infrastructure project staffing needs.
