With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry 97% ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove servicePay range: $60,000 - $65,000 + Annual BonusMonday - Friday (4 days in office / 1 day remote)8:00am - 5:00pmResponsibilities:Full cycle AP, processing a high volume of invoices dailyReview and process employee T&E reports and check requestsWeekly check printing and distributionProcess emergency checks as requiredMaintain organized filing system of open and paid vendor invoicesRespond to vendor and field telephone/email requests within 24 hoursDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with field locationsPerform other duties as assigned to support the finance departmentMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting/Accounts Payable requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredMust have AP experience that includes multi-site organizations, Concur and automated AP workflow solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with computerized ledger systems; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteExperience with high-volume invoices, including POsExperience with Oracle preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; maintain accuracy in daily work and other projectsAdherence to policies, procedures and instructions of managerAbility to meet communicated schedules and deadlinesAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to function well in a team-oriented environmentRequired Competencies:Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact withBe Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interactionBe Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safeBe Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we doBenefits:Weekly payMedical, Dental, VisionPaid Parental LeavePet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance401k (match)Paid Time Off PackageReferral ProgramTuition ReimbursementGreat company cultureCollaborative team environmentEOE / Drug-Free WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
