Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product/Project Manager with a proven track record of success to lead our product development and project execution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles and project management methodologies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Management


·      Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans.

·      Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

·      Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.

·      Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.


Project Management


·      Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

·      Create and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.

·      Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

·      Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

·      Ensure timely and successful project completion within budget and scope.


Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management and/or project management.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and project execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
