What can PLS Engineering offer you?
- CAD Drafter compensation range is: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour depending upon experience. The CAD Drafter position is eligible for overtime.

What skills and experience can you bring to the PLS team?
- Civil drafting/design work experience; six months – two years+ preferred.
- Associates degree in drafting, engineering or associated field; or combination of education and applicable work experience in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency using Civil 3D (preferred) and/or AutoCAD is critical in this role.
- Work experience in the civil engineering industry is preferred.
- Responsiveness and flexibility; you adapt easily to changing priorities.
- Reliability and accountability with a strong work ethic.
- You are detail-oriented and efficient.
- You enjoy a fast-paced work environment and view each new project as an opportunity to learn and grow.
- MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
