Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and workflow development, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and create automated workflows that enhance business processes and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

  • Create, configure, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Develop custom connectors, actions, and triggers in Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Office 365) and third-party applications.


Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements through automation.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for implementing new workflows.


Testing & Maintenance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing workflows.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.


Documentation & Training:

  • Document all workflows, including design, development, and deployment processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on using automated solutions.
  • Create user guides and technical documentation for solutions developed.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.


Experience:

  • Proven experience developing workflows with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA tools, scripting languages).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and API integrations is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
