Product Marketing ManagerOracle is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape and promote its premier Oracle AI Autonomous Database. In this high-visibility role, you'll collaborate closely with senior executives, product management, development, and global sales teams to expand market awareness, customer engagement, and continued global customer adoption of the Oracle Autonomous AI Database portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and communicating what differentiates Oracle's products and services at the forefront of data management and agentic AI.We are looking for a results-driven product marketing leader with a proven track record in dynamic B2B environments. Marketing content generation will be a core focus of this role. You will leverage your deep understanding of cloud database requirements, AI and data, data platforms, agentic AI, technical acumen, and business expertise to clearly communicate complex ideas and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will develop compelling internal and external digital content, collaborating with product development, field marketing, business development, and digital campaign teams to achieve marketing and business goals. Extensive knowledge of AI, cloud databases, data platforms, generative AI, agentic AI, ML and large language modelspaired with the ability to deliver high-impact marketing content with minimal supervision and with exceptional attention to detailwill position you for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute breakthrough marketing strategies for Oracle Autonomous AI Database's core suite of offerings that align with senior leadership priorities and accelerate long-term market success.Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, value-driven narratives and create high-impact messaging and assetsincluding presentations for customers, sales, and executive leadership, digital campaign content, product launch materials, and customer success storiesthat clearly demonstrate the business value of Oracle Autonomous AI Database to both external audiences.Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and product marketing executives to implement high-impact product launches and impactful marketing momentsincluding content, promotion, and seller enablement to accelerate product awareness, consideration, adoption, and growth.Pair deep technical knowledge with market intelligence to anticipate trends, influence product and marketing directions, and educate key constituencies on the advantages of Oracle Autonomous AI Database.Measure, analyze, and report initiative outcomes to senior leadership, using insights to continuously improve marketing investments and business impact.Preferred QualificationsSelf-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and strategically prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating activities across multiple marketing, development, field, and sales organizations. Ability to parallel process multiple projects with minimal supervision is key to this role.8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally at a leading cloud provider, within cloud database, data, AI, or ML domains (preferably for enterprise products).Deep understanding of cloud database technologies, generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, ML, and data management. Direct experience marketing cloud-based database or AI-driven data platform products strongly preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to independently develop high-impact marketing assetsincluding customer presentations, product launch materials, and product or feature blogsfor both customer-facing and executive audiences, often on short notice.Prior success in leading go-to-market strategy and global product launches for enterprise cloud products, and marketing campaignsincluding distilling complex ideas into compelling content, webinars, and events for a multitude of audiences across industries and geographies.Strong background in market analysis, competitor research, and mapping strategic messaging to customer requirements.The aptitude and desire to work on both strategic programs and tactical implementations.Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
