Group Management Services is looking for self motivated individual to step into our Recruitment Specialist role based out our Richfield, OH headquarters.

What are some expectations for this role?


  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
  • Having the ability to perform a variety of tasks individually and within a team environment
  • Develop and manage relationships with our customers
  • Administer the hiring process including recruiting responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-screen and competency based interviews, phone screens, and scheduling of interviews
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to clients as well as colleagues up to date on the recruiting process
  • Perform reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings for client employees/candidates


What are the qualifications for this role?


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
  • 1-2 years related experienced preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
  • Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel 15% of the time
