Reve Diamonds is searching for a Jewelry Sales & Manufacturing Assistant to join the fast-growing company  at our 5th Avenue New York showroom.


Reve Diamonds is building a retail and production dream team and we're looking for people with the passion and drive to create exceptional experiences and deliver the highest quality products for our clients. We create jewelry of exceptional quality, offer expert, trustworthy advice and offer genuine value for money.

If you're a master of the soft sell, understand the significance of meaningful purchases and the importance of being a part of that, we want to talk.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and brand, and confidently convey this to customers.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or LiveChat, understanding and advising on their requirements.
  • Assist customers through our bespoke design service, conducting face-to-face consultations in our New York showroom or via Zoom calls.
  • Follow up with customers to send quotations, address after-care issues, and request reviews after their purchase.
  • Assist in the selection and arrangement of diamonds and gemstones to fulfil client orders and appointments.
  • Communicate customer requests to our CAD and workshop team effectively.
  • Thoroughly monitor orders at each stage to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct meticulous quality control inspections when collecting jewellery from the workshop.
  • Organize and optimize trips to suppliers, scheduling visits every two days and allocating an appropriate amount of time for each visit.
  • Photograph our jewelry and share the images with the Photoshop and marketing teams, closely monitoring the progress of the process.
  • Occasionally arrange and manage the logistics of local and international shipments.
  • Maintain excellent presentation of jewelry, showroom and yourself.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and workflow effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focused, able to handle customer concerns and queries in a highly professional manner.
  • Confident, resilient, determined, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload according to business needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and think on your feet.
  • Computer literate and adaptable to new technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Mail and especially Drive. Experience on Monday.com useful.
  • A general awareness and attention to security.
  • Maintaining a professional and polished appearance by adhering to an office-style dress code. Presenting oneself in a manner that reflects the brand's image and values.

Job Details:


  • Job Type: Part/Full-time.
  • Starting Salary: (dependent on experience).
  • Schedules: Monday to Saturday (Saturday depending on appointments).
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute to 745 5th Ave New York, NY 10151 or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred. Gemological qualification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales or production experience in the jewelry or luxury items industry (required).
