As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Delivery Department supporting multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, NCPay Range: Target pay rate is $ 66/hr W2 What's the Job? Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Support three Scrum teams by removing impediments and ensuring smooth workflow Manage product backlogs and coordinate with Product Owners to prioritize work Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions What's Needed? Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Agile Scrum Master experience or equivalent Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or similar) Experience working in the Internal Audit AND finance domain Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Plans Knowledge of cloud platforms like OpenShift, OCP, and GCP tech stack is a plus What's in it for me?
