As an Advisory firm, our approach is to connect all the elements that can affect the performance of a commercial real estate investment and bring those together into a cohesive strategic recommendation of value enhancement. This is accomplished with an eye toward each step of the real estate life cycle, from acquisition to repositioning to stabilization to exit planning. Through our independent yet coordinated service lines, IRG RA advises our clients on Property and asset Management, Transaction Management, Development Services, Project Management, Consulting, and Facility Management.

The Marketing and Leasing Administrative Assistant will report to the Vice President of Marketing and support the Columbus office by completing administrative and marketing tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Performs administrative tasks to support the leasing and marketing departments.
- Completes monthly expense reports.
- Coordinates meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Ensures daily office operations run smoothly. This includes office equipment maintenance, supply ordering, internet/tech support, and creating a comfortable and positive office environment.
- Cultivates in-office community by planning birthday and holiday celebrations.
- Maintains databases for property listings on websites regarding space availability and changes needed.
- Fulfills research requests as needed.
- Reviews and edits lease proposal materials and develops space exhibits for the leasing department.
- Supports marketing team efforts to complete proposals, submit grants, host events, maintain social media, and create/edit marketing materials.
- Maintain library for company headshots, case studies, and team member biographies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years in an Office Environment (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate/Expert with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Data Entry Preferred (not required)
- Experience in Real Estate Photography
- Experience with WordPress and/or Adobe Suite
