Role Overview: As a Search Marketing Strategist for our digital marketing agency client, you will drive the development and execution of search strategies, ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and team performance.


  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - 2 days/wk onsite)


Day in the Life:

  • Develop and execute search marketing strategies and roadmaps.
  • Manage campaign planning, optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Mentor and lead the search marketing team.
  • Provide strategic support to SEO initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.


Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in search marketing, with a focus on paid media and SEO.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with ecommerce paid media
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
