To learn more, visit us at www.appzen.com.We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) with experience selling into finance teams, particularly in the AP Automation or Spend Management space. This is a high-impact role responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within existing Fortune 1000 accounts. Success will be achieved through solid territory and strategic account planning, prospecting to identify new and additional opportunities, and meeting and ideally exceeding sales quota.You'll own the full sales cyclefrom pipeline creation through contract signatureworking with finance executives, procurement leaders, and strategic partners to drive adoption of AppZen's solutions.Responsibilities:Maintain a pipeline 4x of quotaManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, to closingDrive 6 to 12 month sales cycles with an average deal size of $150K+Lead discovery and demo conversations with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and Procurement leadersNavigate complex buying groups and multiple stakeholders in global organizationsPresent AppZen solutions to C-level executives and stakeholdersCo-sell with partners and resellersRequirements:5+ years of previous Enterprise sales experience or similar roleExperience selling SaaS to C-level executives, preferably in financeProven track record of managing and selling into Fortune 1000 accountsProven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotasStrong executive presence, communication, and consultative selling skillsBachelor's DegreePhysical Job Requirements:Ability to travel to client sites and events, requiring extended sitting, standing, and walkingProficiency in using equipment (e.g., laptops, phones) for long periodsCapability to sit for extended durations during meetings and computer workAbility to stand and present for long periods at events or meetingsStrong hearing and verbal communication for in-person and virtual interactionsVisual acuity to read documents and presentation materialsComfort working in various physical environments, including offices and event venuesNice to Have:Experience with AP Automation platforms, Expense Management, or Compliance SolutionsFamiliarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows and solutions (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven enterprise platforms is a plusBenefits:Opportunity to work with world-class leadership in a fast-growing, successful startup companyCompetitive compensation package consisting of base salary and commissions-based target incentiveGreat Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k), FSAWe are equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
